Bookings made by phone, email, or online may be cancelled subject to the following conditions:
- More than 24 hours before the course: Cancellations are permitted without a cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 hours before the course: The full course fee (100%) will be charged.
- No-shows: Participants who fail to attend without prior cancellation will be charged the full course fee.
- Signed Training Agreements: All signed agreements, particularly those involving out-of-state training, are legally binding and 100% payment will be charged. Payment terms can be modified if agreed from Neapolitan Pizza School management.
By making a booking, participants acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
